Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics, or operations administration

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Detail-oriented and able to handle inventory data accurately

Prepare monthly inventory and stock movement reports

Monitor and maintain inventory records across Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and China

Perform stock reconciliation, stock verification, and inventory tracking

Investigate inventory discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions

Coordinate stock transfers and logistics arrangements between warehouses

Liaise with warehouse teams, logistics providers, and internal departments

Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation

Support logistics and operational activities as assigned
