Experience in merchandising, retail, or FMCG industry is an advantage

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Able to travel and visit multiple outlets

Physically fit for long hour stand and comfortable with hands-on retail work

Responsible, detail-oriented, and self-disciplined

Strong social and interpersonal skills

Basic communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia

Mandarin speaking is an added advantage (to liaise with certain outlets)

Sampling Core (2–3 days/week): Weekend sampling events specifically highlights cooking, preparing, and active customer engagement at hypermarkets.

Merchandising & Research Core (Remaining days): Allocates hours to visiting 2–3 outlets a day

Responsible for POSM execution at outlet level. Ensure pricing accuracy and all price tags/promotions are correct and updated

Ensure products deliver strong merchandising value: proper shelf placement, good visibility, and compliance with planogram

Handle basic stock replenishment, rotation, and check stock availability

Provide sales and inventory feedback from outlets

Execute shelf placement, facing, and pricing compliance

Conduct store visits and photo reporting
