Requirements
Provide administrative support to the sales team
Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are correct and entered into the system promptly.
Maintain and update customer records and sales databases with a high degree of accuracy.
Prepare sales reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the sales team.
Assist salesman with inquiries and provide basic product information, escalating complex issues to the appropriate sales representative.
Manage and organize sales collateral, marketing materials, and other relevant documentation.
Coordinate with other departments, such as customer service and finance, to ensure smooth sales operations.
Ensure all sales-related documentation is filed correctly and is easily retrievable.
Responsibilities
Respond to sales personnel's information in a timely manner.
Understand all products offered by the company, including their features, benefits, and FAQs.
Resolve Salesman inquiries as quickly as possible.
