1. 1-3 years professional media buying experience on overseas game top-up & digital goods independent websites

2. Proven independent account operation experience: Daily ad spend ≥ USD5,000 / Monthly ad spend USD150,*************,000

3. Familiar with Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines ad market; proficient in Web conversion tracking and performance data analysis

4. Fluent in Mandarin; qualified English skill to operate ad backend and analyze overseas data reports independently

5. Full-funnel growth awareness, capable of boosting revenue via marketing campaign & community operation, not only focusing on basic ad operation

• Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels to drive user acquisition and engagement.

• Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance based on key metrics (e.g., CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC) to ensure maximum ROI and achievement of business objectives.

• Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.

• Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively across various campaigns and platforms, ensuring optimal spend and performance.

• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align advertising efforts with overall business goals, product launches, and promotional activities.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm changes in the digital advertising landscape, and proactively identify new opportunities for growth.

• Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
