Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Experience in corporate legal matters, contracts, or litigation related to company operations
- Good communication skills in BM and English
- Experience in handling contract and customer issues is an added advantage
- Prioritizes self-discipline, good character, and observing daily prayers
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice related to company actions and operations
- Prepare, review, and improve company agreements
- Review existing agreements and documents
- Assist in preparing letters and documents related to agreements
- Provide input on customer/farmer issues, including breach of agreement, termination of agreement, SOP non-compliance, or issues related to packages and operations
- Recommend appropriate actions based on the company’s current situation
- Conduct discussions or consultations periodically when required
