Requirements

• Passionate about content creation and social media.

• Comfortable appearing behind or in front of the camera when needed.

• Basic photography and videography skills.

• Proficient in CapCut, Canva or Adobe editing tools.

• Able to work occasionally on weekends or events when required.

• Creative, proactive and willing to experiment with new ideas.

• Create engaging short-form videos and social media content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook & Xiaohongshu.

• Plan, shoot and edit content showcasing our games, events and customer experiences.

• Brainstorm creative content ideas, trends and viral campaigns.

• Cover corporate events, team building sessions and special campaigns.

• Work closely with the marketing team to execute weekly content plans.

• Write engaging captions and assist with basic community engagement.

• Keep up with the latest social media trends, sounds and platform updates.

• Maintain a consistent content posting schedule.

Bonus Points (Highly Preferred)

• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Runway, Veo, ElevenLabs or similar AI tools to create faster and better content.

• Knowledge of viral content strategies and storytelling.

• Experience creating UGC or lifestyle/entertainment content.

• Portfolio or active TikTok/Instagram/Xiaohongshu account showcasing your work.
