Requirements
Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ relevant working experience in warehouse operations or a similar role.
Strong sense of urgency with the ability to multitask, work under pressure, and solve problems effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of additional languages or dialects is an added advantage.
Technically proficient and computer literate, with solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities
Assist in oversee and support daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, stock movement, and proper documentation.
Coordinate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operational flow and promptly resolve any issues.
Assist in manpower planning, workforce allocation, and supervision of warehouse personnel to maintain operational efficiency.
Continuously evaluate and enhance warehouse processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to drive productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Perform any additional duties as assigned by the supervisor to support departmental objectives and business needs.
