Job Summary:
We are a recruitment agency looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Recruiter to support our hiring operations for factory clients in Perai. This role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating onboarding, and ensuring workers' welfare is well-managed throughout their employment journey. Ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, screen, and schedule interviews for factory worker placements
• Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and deployment to client sites
• Monitor worker attendance, welfare, and accommodation needs
• Handle worker-related issues and provide timely resolutions
• Maintain communication with both workers and factory supervisors
• Prepare basic reports and updates on recruitment activities

Requirements:

• Experience in recruitment or HR roles preferred (fresh grads encouraged to apply)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively
• Willing to travel locally if needed (e.g. to hostels or factory sites)
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia; English or other languages are a bonus
