  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent

  • Prior experience in F&B or supervisory role preferred

  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

  • Good communication and organizational skills

  • Able to work flexible hours including weekends

  • Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior experience are encouraged to apply

  • Staff Leadership: Train, schedule, and supervise staff

  • Customer Service: Ensure high-quality service and handle complaints

  • Operations Oversight: Manage opening/closing, cash flow, and daily operations

  • Inventory & Hygiene: Monitor stock and enforce health and safety standards

  • Reporting: Prepare daily reports on sales, staff, and operations
