Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Beauty Therapist to join our medical aesthetics clinic. The successful candidate will provide non-invasive aesthetic treatments, assist doctors with aesthetic procedures, educate clients on skincare solutions, and deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with clinic protocols and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation & Treatment

• Conduct skin analysis and basic client consultations.

• Recommend skincare products based on client needs.

• Perform non-invasive aesthetic treatments, including:

  • Medical-grade facials

  • Chemical peels (where permitted)

  • Laser and light-based treatments (subject to certification and local regulations)

  • Skin rejuvenation treatments

  • Hydrafacial and similar technologies

  • RF (Radio Frequency)

  • Body contouring treatments

• Monitor clients during and after treatments and report any concerns to the attending doctor.

Clinical Support

• Assist aesthetic doctors during procedures when required.

• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and consumables before procedures.

• Ensure treatment documentation and client records are accurately maintained.

• Follow clinic SOPs, infection control protocols, and safety guidelines.

Sales & Customer Service

• Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer care.

• Educate clients on treatment plans, post-treatment care, and skincare regimens.

• Promote skincare products to achieve clinic sales targets.

• Follow up with clients regarding appointments, treatment progress, and satisfaction.

Operations & Compliance

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the clinic.

• Ensure aesthetic devices are properly maintained and used according to manufacturer guidelines.

• Comply with all regulatory, safety, and clinic requirements.

• Participate in training programs and stay updated on new aesthetic technologies and treatments.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, Cosmetology, or a related field.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in an aesthetic clinic, beauty salon, or medical spa.

• Experience with aesthetic devices and skincare treatments is preferred.

• Strong understanding of skin conditions and skincare products.

• Good communication and consultation skills.

• Sales-oriented with the ability to recommend treatment plans and products.

• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.

• Willingness to work weekends and retail hours if required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Hydrafacial, laser treatments, RF or body contouring devices.

• Experience assisting aesthetic physicians.

• Knowledge of medical aesthetics industry trends and products.
