Open Positions: Service Crew (General Staff) / Management Trainee. Salary starts from RM2,200 for Service Crew and up to RM3,400 for Management Trainee, depending on experience and suitability. Fresh candidates are welcome; F&B service experience is an advantage. Able to communicate in English or Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin speaking is an advantage. Friendly, responsible, punctual, willing to learn, and able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. No minimum education requirement. Serve customers with friendly and professional service, take orders and support daily outlet operations. Prepare simple items, maintain cleanliness, and follow hygiene, food safety and outlet SOP standards. Management Trainee candidates will also learn shift coordination, team coaching, stock checking, opening and closing routines, and basic outlet management tasks. Work closely with the Taiwan management team to learn the operations of a well-known Taiwanese chain restaurant directly operated in Malaysia.
