Proven experience as a Senior UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions for web and mobile applications.

Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Sketch, with the ability to create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design systems.

Deep understanding of UI design principles, best practices, and current design trends, with a focus on creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.

Experience designing for both iOS and Android platforms, understanding platform-specific guidelines and user expectations.

Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on designs.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and work effectively with cross-functional teams including developers and product managers.

Experience in creating and maintaining design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across products.

A Bachelor's Degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience in UI design.

Lead the design process from concept to execution, creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, with a strong focus on iOS and Android platforms.

Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall growth and development of the design team within a 20-person company environment.
