Requirement

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent

• Experience in Sales Admin, General Admin, or related field is an advantage

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications

• Familiar with AutoCount Accounting Software or similar systems is an advantage

• Good command of Mandarin and Malay (spoken and written)

• Good time management and organizational skills

• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision

• Positive attitude and good communication skills

• Experience in manufacturing operations will be an added advantage

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Ability to Commute/Relocate:

• Sungai Buloh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Generate Delivery Orders (DO), Invoices, and Goods Receiving Notes (GRN)

• Process customers' orders accurately and efficiently

• Communicate and coordinate with sales team, warehouse, customers, and admin team regarding order arrangements and delivery schedules

• Follow up on customers' orders and enquiries

• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer information

• Ensure accurate data entry and proper record keeping

• Assist in any other sales administration duties assigned by management
