负责设计估算、施工图预算、招投标文件编制、工程量计算等；
Responsible for design estimation, construction drawing budgeting, preparation of tender documents, and quantity calculations.

负责商务标及资信标编制及存档工作，商务相关数据库存档更新维护工作；
Responsible for compiling and archiving commercial and qualification bids, as well as updating and maintaining the commercial-related database.

主管中标项目的预算审核、主合同与分供方合同的谈判与签订、工程款申报、分供方结算与付款、竣工结算的办理；
In charge of reviewing budgets for awarded projects, negotiating and signing main contracts and subcontractor agreements, applying for project payments, handling subcontractor settlements and payments, and managing final completion settlements.

本科及以上学历，建筑工程、土木工程、工程造价等相关专业；
Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Cost Engineering, or related fields.

具有3年及以上相关工作经验，掌握项目预算、商务标书制作的全过程；
At least 3 years of relevant work experience, with full knowledge of project budgeting and tender document preparation processes.

具有建筑行业投标、组价、项目商务管理经验；
Experience in tendering, pricing, and commercial project management within the construction industry.

熟练操作CAD、广联达等办公及造价软件；
Proficient in CAD, Glodon, and other office and cost estimation software.

具有良好的职业操守，较强的计划与执行能力、沟通协调能力，具有一定谈判技巧；
Strong professional ethics, planning and execution skills, communication and coordination abilities, and negotiation skills.

马来西亚华人/本地人会说中文，薪资每月RM 6,000至RM 8,000；
