Job Description

Requirements

 

a) Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in multi-outlet or convenience store environments.

b) Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.

c) Coordination & Team Support: Good organizational and coordination skills with the ability to support store teams and assist in daily operations.

d) Analytical Skills: Basic to intermediate ability to analyze sales data, operational reports, and KPIs to support decision-making and highlight issues.

e) Communication: Good interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams, vendors, and store staff.

f) Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and willingness to travel regularly between store locations.

Responsibilities

 

a) Operational Support & Compliance

  • Assist in implementing and monitoring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all assigned stores.
  • Conduct regular store visits and support audits to ensure compliance with cleanliness, service, and safety standards.

b) Multi-Outlet Coordination

  • Support daily operations across multiple store locations and ensure consistency in operations.
  • Follow up on operational issues and ensure timely resolution with store teams.

c) Team Support & Coordination

  • Support store supervisors and staff in daily operational matters.
  • Assist in coordinating training and onboarding activities for store employees.

d) Inventory & Logistics Support

  • Monitor stock levels and assist in coordinating replenishment with the warehouse and suppliers.
  • Support in ensuring timely delivery and proper stock handling at store level.

e) Performance Monitoring

  • Assist in tracking sales performance, operational KPIs, and preparing reports for management review.
  • Highlight operational gaps and escalate issues to the Operations Manager.

f) Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure stores comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and update operational reports, audit findings, and follow-up actions.

g) Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Support the execution of promotional activities, campaigns, and merchandising plans at store level.
  • Ensure proper display of promotional materials and adherence to campaign guidelines.

h) Issue Resolution & Support

  • Assist in handling customer complaints, operational issues, and basic troubleshooting at store level.
  • Escalate major issues to the Operations Manager where necessary.
