Possess a Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering).

Demonstrate 1-2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the technology or software solutions sector.

Familiarity with Autodesk software solutions and their applications in the design and engineering industries is a significant advantage.

Proven ability to understand customer needs and articulate the value proposition of technology solutions.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.

A proactive and results-oriented approach with a strong desire to learn and grow in enterprise tech sales.

Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment at our Kuala Lumpur City Centre office.

Proactively identify and engage potential clients within the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industries to introduce Reliant Design Solutions' Autodesk software and related digital transformation services.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to prospective clients' specific needs, highlighting the value proposition of Autodesk solutions and our company's expertise.

Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by actively prospecting, qualifying leads, and nurturing relationships through consistent follow-up and engagement.

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns and initiatives that generate qualified leads and enhance brand awareness within the enterprise tech space.

Understand client business challenges and propose effective software solutions, focusing on Autodesk products, to drive efficiency, innovation, and profitability.

Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring clear communication of terms, pricing, and service level agreements to meet both client expectations and company objectives.

Stay abreast of the latest trends in design and engineering software, particularly within the Autodesk ecosystem, and leverage this knowledge to provide expert advice and solutions to clients.
