Requirements
- Chinese-speaking candidate preferred (Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia).
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, sales coordination, service administration, or related roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to communicate and coordinate with China technicians and local customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word,etc)
- Able to prepare technical and maintenance reports accurately.
- Independent, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Possess own transport and willing to visit customer sites when required.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between customers, depot operators, and our technical service team.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules, repair jobs, and service activities.
- Communicate effectively with China-based technicians and local customers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Attend to customer inquiries, service requests, and follow-up matters promptly.
- Prepare quotations, service proposals, and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with depot operators and existing customers.
- Prepare maintenance reports, service reports, and job completion documentation.
- Coordinate spare parts requirements and follow up on service progress.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure timely resolution of service issues.
- Support business development activities and identify new sales opportunities within the depot and logistics industry.
