Requirements
Chinese-speaking candidate preferred (Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia).
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in customer service, sales coordination, service administration, or related roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to communicate and coordinate with China technicians and local customers.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word,etc)
Able to prepare technical and maintenance reports accurately.
Independent, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
Possess own transport and willing to visit customer sites when required.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between customers, depot operators, and our technical service team.
Coordinate maintenance schedules, repair jobs, and service activities.
Communicate effectively with China-based technicians and local customers to ensure smooth project execution.
Attend to customer inquiries, service requests, and follow-up matters promptly.
Prepare quotations, service proposals, and follow up on sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with depot operators and existing customers.
Prepare maintenance reports, service reports, and job completion documentation.
Coordinate spare parts requirements and follow up on service progress.
Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure timely resolution of service issues.
Support business development activities and identify new sales opportunities within the depot and logistics industry.
Assist management in preparing monthly operational and sales reports.
