Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

Possess 1-2 years of hands-on experience in air conditioning repair and maintenance.

Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC systems, including identifying and rectifying faults.

Ability to perform installations and replacements of air conditioning units according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.

Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles and principles of air conditioning.

Familiarity with various types of air conditioning systems (e.g., split systems, central air, window units).

Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia for effective communication with colleagues and customers.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time effectively to complete assigned tasks.

Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and safety procedures related to HVAC systems.

Installing, maintaining and repairing air conditioning systems and equipment.

Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.

Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems as well as performing warranty services.

Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.

Providing technical direction and on-the-job training
