• Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.

• Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel) and data entry skills.

• Attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and stay organized.

• Willingness to learn new systems and processes.

• Able to work well with a team.

• Experience in inventory management, retail operations, data management, catalogue management, or administrative support is an added advantage.

Inventory & Stock Management

·         Perform stock in procedures as per instructed SOPs.

·         Maintain stock receiving records and inventory registers.

·         Support inventory movement tracking and stock reconciliation activities.

Product Catalogue & Master Data Management

·         Maintain and update product catalogue records.

·         Create and manage product information according to company standards.

·         Assist in product classification and supplier code mapping activities.

 Tagging & Traceability

·         Generate and prepare product tags and barcodes.

·         Ensure accurate linkage between physical inventory and system records.

·         Support traceability and stock identification initiatives.

Process & Documentation

·         Follow established SOPs and operational procedures.

·         Maintain proper documentation and filing of inventory records.

·         Support data validation, data cleansing, and process improvement activities.

·         Participate in inventory audits and stock verification exercises.

 System & ERP Support

·         Assist in maintaining inventory data within Excel and company systems.

·         Support data preparation for future ERP implementation and migration projects.

·         Participate in process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.

·         Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
