Requirements
Minimum education level Secondary/SPM/ OLevel.
No experience required as on-the-job training will be provided.
Able to communicate in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to communicate in Mandarin is mandatory.
Able to work shifts, night shifts, weekends, eve of public holidays and public holidays on 6 days/week, 7.5 hours/day.
Cooperative and helpful with other team members.
Enthusiastic, energetic, hardworking, dedicated, and passionate about the F&B industry.
Responsibilities
Provide outstanding and enthusiastic customer service at all times
Prepare beverages and necessary ingredients according to company standard, handle customer orders and payment
Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of shop
Performs other duties as assigned to meet business needs
Follow standard operational procedures and guidelines at each station
