Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent
- Pleasant appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Able to work rotational shifts, weekends & public holidays
- Basic computer skills
- Languages Required: English, Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a bonus)
- Previous front desk or hospitality experience is an advantage
- Working Hours: Rotational shifts (9:00am–5:00pm / 12:00pm–8:00pm / 2:30pm–10:30pm)
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests warmly upon arrival
- Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently
- Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for guest needs
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area
- Ensure guest satisfaction with friendly and professional service
