Positive & responsible attitude.

Proven experience as an Accounts and Admin Assistant or similar role, with 1-2 years of hands-on experience.
Proficiency in using SQL Accounting software, MS Word & Excel.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin ( added advantage )
Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required / added advantage
Responsibilities
Assist in daily accounting operations using SQL, including AP, AR, Bank Reconciliation, general Accounting task & daily accounting functions.
Liase with suppliers, banks and internal departments on routine / daily operation matters.
Provide daily administrative support, including managing correspondence, project progress, proper filing & scheduling appointments.
Assist in preparing and filing tax documents and other statutory requirements.
Support ad-hoc projects & audit related activities as required
Any task assign by Manager
