Requirements
- Able to speak and write in Mandarin (required)
- Interest in AI, digital marketing and performance-driven growth
- Fresh graduates are welcome!
- Basic understanding of social media ads is a plus (Meta Ads preferred)
Responsibilities
What You Will Do:
- Run and optimize paid ads on Meta and other performance platforms
- Use AI tools to analyse customer behavior, identify insights and generate high-converting ad angles & hooks
- Continuously test multiple creatives, audiences and campaigns to improve ROAS, conversion rate and sales
- Work closely with the creative/editor team by giving clear ad direction, hooks, and performance feedback
- Analyse campaign data daily/weekly to improve performance and make data-driven decisions
