Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline; Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields are preferred.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; internship or administrative experience is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of AI tools is a plus.

Candidates with experience or knowledge in the renovation and construction industry are preferred.
Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support, including scheduling, document preparation, and filing.
Assist with meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and office activities.
Prepare simple reports, presentations, and communication materials.
Support team members in project coordination, task management, and follow-up activities.
Maintain organized records and ensure accurate data entry.
Perform other duties as assigned to support overall office operations.
