Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 1–3 years of HR working experience for Junior position.
Senior position preferably with 3–5 years relevant HR experience.
Fresh graduates with strong interest in HR are encouraged to apply.
Familiar with recruitment, employee relations, payroll, or HR administration will be an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities
Handle recruitment process including job posting, interview arrangement, and onboarding.
Manage employee records and HR documentation.
Assist in payroll, attendance, leave management, and staff claims.
Support daily HR and administrative operations.
Coordinate staff activities, training, and internal communications.
Ensure company HR policies and procedures are properly implemented.
Assist management with other HR-related duties when required
