What You Will Bring:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation, personal branding, or content marketing.

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, or related fields.

• Strong writing and editing skills with a clear sense of voice, positioning, and storytelling.

• Ability to think like the IP owner — capturing intent, perspective, and values accurately.

• Comfortable handling abstract ideas and turning them into practical, readable content.

• Familiarity with platforms such as LinkedIn and Xiaohongshu (platform tone matters).

• Strong execution skills — able to work independently with minimal hand-holding.

• High level of discretion and professionalism when handling personal viewpoints.

What You Will Do:

• Work closely with the IP owner (CEO / leader) to extract ideas, viewpoints, and real experiences.

• Convert raw thoughts, conversations, and voice notes into structured, high-quality content.

• Produce content for personal platforms (LinkedIn, Xiaohongshu, short-form video, articles).

• Shape content around authority, trust, and professional positioning, not hard selling.

• Develop content pillars aligned with personal IP themes and business objectives.

• Repurpose one core idea into multiple formats (post, carousel, article, short video).

• Ensure consistency in tone, personality, and positioning of the individual IP.

• Monitor content performance metrics (reach, engagement, audience growth, retention)

• Act as the bridge between IP owner and creative/marketing execution teams
