Requirements
Operations Leadership: Oversee daily F&B store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, food quality, and compliance with hygiene standards.
HQ Liaison: Act as the primary bridge between Taiwan Headquarters and the Malaysian branch, executing brand strategies and adapting them to the local market.
Team Coaching & Mentoring: Provide hands-on training and mentorship to the store management team (including the local Store Manager). Guide them to improve field operations, problem-solving, and staff management.
SOP Implementation: Establish, refine, and enforce operational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
Performance Tracking: Monitor daily sales targets, manage inventory, and report operational metrics directly to Taiwan HQ.
Responsibilities
Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in F&B / Retail Operations Management or a Supervisory role.
High emotional intelligence (EQ) and maturity, with strong abilities in conflict resolution and mentoring young teams.
Ability to work independently as the top operational decision-maker on the ground.
Excellent communication skills in Mandarin (mandatory for reporting to Taiwan HQ), English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Hands-on attitude—willing to step into any field role during peak hours to lead by example.
