Pu Jian Chinese Medicine Centre Chinese is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible HR & Admin Executive to join our team. This role involves handling recruitment, employee records, HR administration, and general office administration.
The successful candidate will support both the headquarters and branch clinics in ensuring smooth HR and administrative operations, and maintaining an efficient and well-organized working environment.
What we are looking for
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
Candidates with recruitment experience will have an added advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage time effectively
Able to work independently while maintaining good teamwork
Proficient in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written)
Willing to work in Puchong, including weekends and selected public holidays
Responsibilities
Human Resources (HR) Duties:
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding arrangements
Handle employee onboarding, confirmation, resignation, and other HR-related processes
Prepare and maintain HR documents such as employment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and resignation documents
Maintain and update employee records and personnel files
Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and related HR documentation
Assist in organizing staff training, performance evaluations, and employee engagement activities
Support the implementation of company HR policies and procedures
Respond to employees' HR-related inquiries and provide administrative support
Administration Duties:
Manage daily office administration and document filing
Assist in coordinating meetings, training sessions, and company events
Oversee office supplies procurement and inventory management
Prepare reports, forms, and other administrative documents
Perform other administrative duties assigned by management
