Job Description

Requirements

  • Possess a minimum of Secondary/SPM/'O' Level education.

  • Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.

  • Exhibit strong teamwork abilities and a collaborative spirit to work effectively with colleagues.

  • Maintain a high standard of food safety and hygiene practices in accordance with company guidelines.

  • Communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to cater to a diverse customer base.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by the business.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, creating a positive first impression.

  • Escort guests to their tables, providing menus and informing them of any specials or promotions.

  • Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring all guest preferences and dietary requirements are noted.

  • Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.

  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction.

  • Process payments accurately and efficiently, using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.

  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including dress code, attendance, and performance standards.

  • Assist with opening and closing duties, such as setting up tables, restocking supplies, and cleaning the restaurant.
