About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Livestream Operations Lead / Manager to oversee and manage our livestream team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing livestream operations, managing livestream hosts, and driving sales performance through engaging livestream sessions across various e-commerce platforms.

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, Mass Communication, or related fields.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in livestream operations, e-commerce, digital marketing, or related industries.

• Experience managing livestream hosts or sales teams is preferred.

• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and any other social commerce platforms.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities.

• Required Language: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Willing to work flexible hours during campaign periods and livestream events.

Good to Have (Bonus)

• Prior experience in a Livestream Operations Lead, Livestream Manager, Livestream Supervisor, or similar leadership role will be highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of live commerce trends, consumer behavior, and e-commerce operations.

Team Management

• Lead, supervise, and support livestream hosts and livestream operations team members.

• Recruit, onboard, and train new livestream hosts.

• Monitor host performance and provide coaching to improve presentation, engagement, and sales conversion.

• Prepare work schedules and livestream rosters.

Livestream Operations

• Plan and coordinate daily livestream activities across platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, Facebook Live, and other relevant channels.

• Develop and implement livestream SOPs and best practices.

• Ensure smooth livestream execution, including product preparation, promotional activities, and technical setup.

• Troubleshoot operational issues during livestream sessions.

Sales & Performance Management

• Monitor livestream KPIs including GMV, sales conversion rate, viewer engagement, and traffic performance.

• Analyze livestream data and prepare performance reports.

• Propose and implement strategies to improve sales results and audience engagement.

Content & Campaign Planning

• Plan livestream themes, promotional activities, and product showcases.

• Identify market trends and competitors' livestream strategies.
