Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, customer relationship management, property management, or a related industry.
  • Experience working with residential, commercial, or mixed-development properties is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Knowledge of property management practices and relevant regulations, including the Strata Management Act 2013 and related regulations, is preferred.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, residents, tenants, and stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain assigned customer accounts and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with parcel owners, Joint Management Bodies (JMBs), Management Corporations (MCs), and tenants.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, including property management, maintenance, finance, and operations, to address customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Monitor service requests, complaints, and follow-up actions to ensure timely resolution.
  • Conduct regular site visits and meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare and present reports on account performance, customer feedback, and service improvements.
  • Support contract renewals, account retention initiatives, and identify opportunities for additional services.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, property management regulations, and service standards.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, correspondence, and account documentation.
