• 1.5 to 2 years of experience in performance marketing or a digital agency environment.
• Hands-on experience navigating the Meta Ads ecosystem (setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns).
• A foundational understanding of creative testing and how creative impacts ad performance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to read and interpret standard marketing data.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A proactive team player who works well collaboratively but can handle daily execution independently.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, CapCut AI, or similar tools is an added advantage.

Performance Marketing Execution

• Build, launch, and actively monitor Meta advertising campaigns.
• Track campaign performance daily/weekly and highlight scaling opportunities to the team.
• Analyze campaign data to extract basic, actionable insights.
• Conduct structured A/B testing on audiences and ad formats to improve efficiency.

Creative Strategy & Collaboration

• Brainstorm creative angles, hooks, and messaging based on performance data.
• Draft clear, actionable creative briefs for our designers and content creators.
• Review winning and underperforming creatives to inform the next round of testing.
• Research competitor ads and current market trends to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Campaign & Client Support

• Manage the day-to-day operations for assigned client accounts.
• Prepare performance reports and assist in presenting updates to clients.
• Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure campaigns launch on time.
• Maintain clear timelines and organized workflows in a fast-paced agency environment.

Innovation & Workflow

• Utilize AI tools to speed up basic workflows, copywriting, and research.
• Proactively suggest ideas to improve everyday marketing operations and execution.
