Requirements
- Minimum at least 5 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance and HR role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- A relevant accounting qualification, such as a diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance, would be an advantage.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage due to business communication
Responsibilities
- Handling the full set of accounting functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, handling employee records, attendance, payroll coordination and leave
- Preparing and processing invoices, payments, and other financial transactions
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation
- Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other regulatory documents
- Providing administrative support to the finance team as needed
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth running of the business
