Requirements & Qualifications: 

• Nationality : Malaysian citizens only. Education : Minimum SPM, PT3, or equivalent qualification. (Fresh graduates and school leavers are welcome to apply; comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided by the company).
• Language Proficiency : Able to read, understand, and use Bahasa or English to communicate basic safety instructions.
• Physical Fitness : Able to withstand prolonged standing, perform repetitive manual tasks, and safely handle raw materials.
• Flexibility : Willing and able to work overtime (OT) or shift work according to the factory's production schedule.
• Transportation : Must have own transportation to commute daily to the factory located in the Rawang Industrial Area.

JOB DESCRIPTION (SCOPE OF WORK):

• Machine Operation: Safely start up, operate, monitor, and shut down manufacturing machinery in accordance with factory Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Material Handling: Continuously feed raw materials into the production line to ensure smooth, uninterrupted manufacturing.
• Quality Control (QC): Perform visual inspections on finished goods coming off the line; quickly identify and isolate any defective or damaged items.
• Routine Maintenance: Clear minor machine jams and immediately report any mechanical faults or wear-and-tear to the line supervisor.
• Housekeeping & Safety: Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Strictly adhere to all factory safety regulations, including the mandatory wearing of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes and earplugs.

• Basic Salary: RM2,000.00 – RM2,500.00 Per Month (Excluding OT & Allowances)
• Full Contributions: KWSP (EPF), SOCSO (PERKESO) & SIP (EIS) from Day One of Employment
• Uniform & Safety Shoes provided
