Ability to communicate effectively in English and Chinese, both verbally and in writing. Due to the nature of the role and business requirements, proficiency in spoken and written Chinese ismandatory.

Good eye for visual aesthetics and content presentation.

Familiar with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Adobe illustrator or similar content creation tools.

Basic photography, videography, or video editing skills.

Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.

Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Xiao Hong Shu.

Create engaging content such as social media posts, captions, videos, reels, stories, and short-form content.

Write basic content copy and video scripts suitable for different social media platforms.

Assist in planning and scheduling monthly content calendars and campaigns.

Coordinate and support video shoots, including preparation, scheduling, and on-site assistance.

Work closely with the Media Producer and other departments to develop content ideas and execute marketing initiatives.

Monitor social media engagement and assist in tracking content performance.

Participate in company events, community activities, and content-related projects when required.

Support ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by management.
