Responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher in planning and conducting age-appropriate activities for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers.
- Create a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment.
- Prepare teaching materials and support daily learning activities.
- Observe and record children’s progress and share updates with parents.
- Provide individual support to children based on their learning needs.
- Use Baby Sensory–based methods to conduct creative and engaging lessons.
- Guide children using positive behavior management techniques.
- Work closely with the teaching team to ensure a supportive learning environment.
- Join professional trainings and continuous learning programs.
