Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, F&B Management, or related fields.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, account management, catering sales, hospitality, or F&B industry.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Proven track record in achieving sales targets is an added advantage.

• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Possess own transportation and willing to travel for client meetings.

• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and grow catering sales through corporate accounts, events, and new business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Identify, approach, and secure new clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and business development activities.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and catering packages based on client requirements.

• Coordinate with internal operations and kitchen teams to ensure smooth event execution.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits when required.

• Follow up on inquiries, negotiate contracts, and close sales opportunities.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.

• Handle customer feedback professionally and provide effective solutions.
