Role Objective:
To ensure accurate and timely management of the company’s financial records, support compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and provide reliable financial information to assist management in making informed business decisions. The role aims to maintain efficient accounting operations, safeguard company assets, and contribute to the organization’s financial stability and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Handle full set of accounts and daily accounting operations

·       Prepare monthly management reports and financial. statements

·       Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).

·       Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow

·       Prepare and submit SST (if applicable) and statutory payments.

·       Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and company secretary.

·       Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting records

·       Assist in budgeting and financial analysis when required

·       Maintain organized filing systems and prepare necessary schedules or documentation for annual audits and tax submissions.

·       Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately, including calculation of salaries, allowances, overtime, commissions, deductions, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) in compliance with local regulations.

·       Support HR administrative functions including maintaining employee records, tracking attendance and leave, preparing employment-related documents (offer letters, confirmation letters, etc.), and assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes.

·       Ensure proper filing, documentation, and maintenance of accounting and HR records in an organised and audit-ready manner.
