Job Summary
The Admin Cum Account Executive is responsible for managing administrative operations while providing support for accounting and finance-related tasks. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle financial records, documentation, and office administration efficiently.
Job Requirements
Education & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in administration and accounting functions.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Administration
Manage daily office administrative operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Handle incoming calls, emails, correspondence, and document filing.
Maintain company records, contracts, licenses, and administrative documentation.
Manage departmental schedules, coordinate meeting arrangements, and organize logistics for team activities and events.
Manage office supplies, purchases, and vendor coordination.
Assist management with reports, presentations, and administrative support.
Accounting & Finance Support
Issue invoices, quotations, payment vouchers, and official receipts.
Process supplier invoices and monitor accounts payable.
Monitor customer payments and assist in accounts receivable collection.
Perform data entry and maintain accounting records in the accounting system.
Assist with bank reconciliations and monthly financial reports.
Prepare supporting documents for auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and government authorities.
Track company expenses and maintain proper documentation.
Assist with payroll preparation, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and statutory submissions.
Compliance & Record Keeping
Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting and administrative records.
Monitor contract renewals, licenses, insurance, and compliance deadlines.
Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information.
Skills & Competencies
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software (e.g, Autocount, SQL).
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Autocount, SQL Accounting Software.
Familiarity with SST, payroll processing, and statutory submissions.
Ability to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia
