Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
Responsible, detail-oriented, and well-organized
Good communication and coordination skills
Able to communicate in both Mandarin and English is an added advantage
Responsibilities
Handle daily administrative and clerical duties
Prepare invoices, quotations, and related documents
Follow up on customer orders and coordinate delivery arrangements
Assist in purchasing activities and liaise with suppliers
Maintain sales and inventory records
Answer phone calls and respond to customer enquiries
Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by management
