Requirements
- Candidate passionate about enterprise technology, infrastructure solutions, and customer engagement.
- Candidate at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Power Point.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Willing to spend extra time to learn, ability to cope with tight deadlines and adhere to the delivery plan.
- Willingness to travel within the region and possess own transport will be added advantage.
- Flexible to work extra hours when the needs arise.
- Full-Time positions are available.
Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products, technologies, features, and value propositions.
- Work closely with the Sales Team to identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and solution briefings.
- Support lead generation, customer engagement, and business development activities.
- Prepare solution proposals, quotations, tender responses, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with Sales, Technical, Marketing, suppliers and partners to ensure smooth implementation, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide pre-sales and after-sales support, including end-user support, incident management, and service request handling.
- Participate in marketing events, seminars, webinars, and technology workshops.
- Stay updated on the latest IBM technologies, infrastructure trends, enterprise solutions, and tender opportunities.
- Support administrative tasks including documentation, tender preparation, filing, and other assigned duties.
