Work Location: Bayan Lepas, Penang.

  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma

  • Able to communicate well in English and Mandarin.

  • Strong sales skills with experience meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Good knowledge of insurance products and services.

  • Skilled in negotiation to close sales and build strong client relationships.

  • Experience in leading a sales team and monitoring performance.

  • Can plan and carry out business strategies to grow the market and gain new clients.

  • Able to build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and good service.

  • Strong planning skills to spot market opportunities and create effective sales strategies.

  • Proven ability to lead, guide, and motivate a sales team to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base within the Bayan Lepas region.

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and team success in achieving sales goals.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored insurance solutions to meet their specific requirements.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

  • Utilize Mandarin language proficiency to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners, building rapport and fostering long-term relationships.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and delivery of exceptional customer experiences.

  • Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare regular reports to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales effectiveness.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
