• Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent qualification

• Experience in customer service, sales, or online customer support is an advantage

• Good communication skills and strong written expression ability

• Comfortable communicating with customers via online chat and phone calls

• Positive attitude, responsible, and target-oriented

No cold calling | Only follow up with interested customers | High commission potential

You are not a person who finds customers— you are the person who helpsinterested customers make a decision.

Customers will come from:

• Facebook / Instagram / Xiaohongshu (XHS) / advertisements / content / other social media platforms
  and they will message you directly.

Your Job Responsibilities :-

• Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp / Messenger / social media DM

• Follow up with interested leads (no cold calling required)

• Arrange customer appointments or showroom visits

• Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
