Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience with strong exposure to end-to-end recruitment.
- Proven recruitment experience in the IT / technology / ERP / consulting industry (highly preferred).
- Strong interviewing, assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act, labour practices, and HR compliance.
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Chinese.
- Agile, hands-on, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience hiring IT roles such as software engineers, consultants, ERP specialists, infrastructure, or AI/BPA professionals.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

The HR Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end human resources functions with a strong focus on end-to-end recruitment. This role requires solid experience in hiring within the IT industry, including technical, consulting, and sales roles. The incumbent will act as a trusted HR partner to business leaders and support overall HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement.

A. End-to-End Recruitment (Core Focus)

- Manage full-cycle recruitment including manpower planning, job advertisement, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, especially IT, ERP, consulting, and technical positions.
- Source candidates through JobStreet, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct behavioural and competency-based interviews.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, assessments, and selection decisions.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.

B. HR Functions

- Handle employee lifecycle activities including confirmation, transfer, promotion, resignation, and exit interviews.
- Advise management and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment practices.
- Support performance management processes and annual appraisal exercises.
- Assist in training coordination and HRDC-related documentation where applicable.
- Manage employee records, HR reports, and HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality.

- Assist in adopting AI-assisted HR tools and contribute to HR process improvements.
- To ensure timely review, verification, and approval of staff monthly claims in compliance with company policies and procedures.

C. Employee Relations & Compliance

- Handle employee enquiries, grievances, and disciplinary processes professionally.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Support audits, policy reviews, and HR process improvements.
