Job Description

Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma in any field.

  • Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

  • Proficiency in Sales Management, Business Development, and Negotiation.

  • Demonstrated ability in Market Analysis.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal.

  • Willingness to be based in Kedah, Pulau Pinang, and Perak.

  • Onsite position located in Jalan Industri 10 PLOT 125, Alor Gajah, Melaka, Malaysia, Kelemak, Melaka, Malaysia, Kelemak, Melaka, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within Kedah, Pulau Pinang, and Perak regions to expand the company's customer base.

  • Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities in the designated regions.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and on-site visits.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the company's products or services.

  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements and close sales deals.

  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and converting leads into customers.

  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to the sales manager, highlighting key performance indicators and potential challenges.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.

  • Stay updated on industry knowledge and product developments to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients and address their inquiries.

  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company's brand and generate new business leads.
