Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, inventory, or logistics, preferably in a supervisory role.

Experience leading a team of warehouse assistants and drivers.

Able to operate a forklift.

Basic computer skills (e.g. MS Office).

Familiar with warehouse SOPs, safety procedures, and inventory control practices.

Familiar with route planning for Johor area.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently and handle daily operational challenges.

Physically fit and willing to be hands-on when required.

Mandarin speaking ability is an advantage.

Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to established procedures.

Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure accurate stock levels, minimize discrepancies, and conduct regular stock audits to reconcile physical inventory with system records.

Lead, train, and supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment and conducting regular safety inspections to identify and address potential hazards.

Plan and optimize warehouse layout and storage space to maximize efficiency and minimize handling costs, utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS) to track and manage inventory.

Coordinate with other departments, such as production, sales, and logistics, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise.

Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics, such as order fulfillment rates, inventory turnover, and shipping accuracy, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
