• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in Full-Stack Software Development, including frontend, backend, database, and API development
• Fluent in English and Malay
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap/Tailwind CSS, React.js or Vue.js, PHP (Laravel preferred, Node.js(optional), RESTful API development, MySQL, MariaDB, Git, GitHub/GitLab, Linux, Apache/Nginx, basic Docker,JSON,JWT Authentication, Cloudflare, and basic networking knowledge.

•Develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications (frontend and backend)

•Design and manage databases, including performance optimization and backups.

•Integrate applications with ERP, HR, attendance, email and third-party systems using APIs.

•Provide application support, troubleshoot issues, perform bug fixes, and manage releases.

•Conduct unit testing, system testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

•Prepare and maintain technical, API, database, and user documentation.

•Implement secure coding practices and ensure compliance with IT security policies.

•Participate in IT projects by estimating timelines, developing solutions and providing progress updates.

•Drive continuous improvement through automation, system optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.

•Provide Level 2 user support, investigate issues, and conduct user training when required
