Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a similar role (fresh graduates may be considered).

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and business partners.

  • Good understanding of marketing strategies, digital marketing, and sales techniques.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Experience with social media marketing, content creation, and online advertising is an advantage.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.

  • Possess a valid driving license and own transportation (if required for client visits).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and expand the customer base within the assigned territory for medical devices.

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by actively prospecting potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the healthcare sector through regular communication and professional engagement.

  • Conduct persuasive product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and applications of our medical device portfolio to prospective clients.

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and technical support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and provide comprehensive solutions tailored to their needs.

  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and advancements in medical technology to identify new sales opportunities and refine sales strategies.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, including contract negotiation and order processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
