Job Requirements

• Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.

• Extensive experience in oil trading or refinery commercial operations.

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.

• Deep understanding of oil markets and value chain.

• Strong understanding of commercial laws, contracts, and regulatory frameworks.

• Extensive knowledge of international trade, including crude and petroleum products.

• Good command of English and Mandarin is an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead overall commercial strategy including crude sourcing and product sales.

• Oversee trading, commercial planning, and sales functions.

• Optimize margins through pricing, product placement, and market strategy.

• Monitor global/regional oil markets and identify opportunities.

• Manage key customer and supplier relationships.

• Align commercial plans with refinery operations.
